3.5 Suspended Accounts: phpaldo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account without prior notice where phpaldo reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other players.
4.1 phpaldo is required under responsible gaming standards to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is a one-time requirement unless phpaldo's compliance team requests updated documentation.
4.2 Required Documents: To complete KYC, you must submit a clear, unedited photograph of one valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document from the following list:

4.4 phpaldo reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the restriction of account withdrawals or account suspension.

phpaldo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpaldo does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currency.
The minimum deposit amount at phpaldo is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100.00). There is no maximum deposit amount, subject to applicable anti-money laundering thresholds and any account-level limits that phpaldo may impose.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phpaldo account in real time. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. phpaldo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that display unusual patterns.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to any deposit made to phpaldo. Any chargeback initiated by a player will result in the immediate suspension of the associated account pending investigation. All costs and losses incurred by phpaldo as a result of an improper chargeback may be recovered from the player.

7.2 phpaldo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. 7.3 Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms. 8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpaldo platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

11.5 phpaldo is not liable for any loss or disruption resulting from factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, force majeure events, third-party service failures, or acts of government or regulatory authority.
12.1 phpaldo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 phpaldo may share player data with third-party KYC verification service providers, payment processors, game content providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or for the purpose of preventing fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm.
